Shipping Policy

AvianteArt carefully prepares each order for shipment so artwork arrives as safely as possible.

Processing Times

Fine art print orders typically require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Original artworks require careful packing and may need additional handling time before shipment. Original works are securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance when available for the service used.

Delivery

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by destination, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other conditions outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. AvianteArt is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Damage in Transit

If an order arrives damaged, keep the artwork and all shipping materials and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Damage claims require photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label and are reviewed under our Refund & Damage Policy.
